Outlook express

Today I found myself unable to get to the entire view of
the inbox. I am able to get to the last e-mail being
displayed o one page, the one and only e-mail. I am
unable to delete and move on or view any other e-mail.

Sounds like a really good question for one of the many
microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie newsgroups that deals with Outlook Express.
This one deals with Microsoft Access database software.
