"Outlook Express removed access to the following u nsafe
attachments in your mail" consistently comes up on all of
my e-mail with any type of attachment. What can I do?
If I go to retrieve my e-mail through my webmail server I
do not have this problem. HELP!!

From the menu, click Tools|Options|Security. Uncheck the second checkbox
from the top.
