Outlook Express

On a Windows98 system running Outlook Express (5.X?) I am
receiving an error msg of "Socket error 10051, Error#
Ox800CCCOE. I cannot access my mail through my ISP yet I
can get it through "mail2web". System is 2 years old and
has run flawlessly until last week. Any ideas? Thanks,

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user newsgroup.
