Outlook Expxress

This may not be the newsgroup I need but maybe you can direct me:

I get a copy in my inbox of every email I send. How can I stop this? I
have looked everywhere with no luck.

I also get a copy in the Sent Items folder which is fine.

And why on earth would you even begin to think that a newsgroup called
word.newusers would be the place to post an OUTLOOK EXPRESS question?
