"Outlook failed to start correctly last time..

When I now open Outlook 2007, it takes a very long time.

After I close it, then open it again, I get the message:

"Outlook failed to start correctly last time....

Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?"

Safe mode works fine for the most part, but I'd like to fix this problem.

When I go into Safe mode, I don't see any additional add-ins disabled. So,
I'm not sure what to do next.

I am using XP Pro SP2 Office 07

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Safe Mode shows you which addins are enabled if you were to start Outlook in
normal mode. This will allow you to enable/disable addins in order to get
Outlook working again.
