Outlook failed to start correctly

I get the message "Outlook failed to start correctly last
time" I am running winnt4.0sp6a,366mhz,64mb ram. I have
tried a repair,installed all updates,uninstalled and
reinstalled. I keep getting the same thing. It will not
open. It says to start outlook in safe mode, and disable
all add-ins or extensions that will not start. Anyone ran
into this problem before.

What happens if you follow the advice, disable all extensions, and start in
Safe mode? (start->run->outlook.exe /safe)

It also helps to post the version of Outlook you are using since there are
now 5 versions and 7 different modes available.
