Or the OP could be using one of the early Beta releases of Office 2007, like beta 1 (available only to tech beta testers so if this is a pirate copy, I have no sympathy).

| You need to buy a regular copy of OL2003 if you wish to use it. Or,
| if you want to use an older copy of Outlook, that you already own,
| you can uninstall the beta version and go back to the old version.
| Note that if you had created a unicode format PST file in OL2003, you
| will not be able to open it in an earlier version of Outlook - you
| would need to open it in OL2003 (on any computer running same), and
| create a non-unicode / old style PST file, and copy items to *that*
| PST file - then move that file to your own computer for use.
