Outlook fails to load

I have vista and Office 2007. I cannot load outlook anyhow anyway. It says
Outlook has encountered a problem and connot load. It will not load in safe
mode either. PLEASE HELP

Did this ever work or has this been a problem from the beginning? Did you
upgrade from Outlook 2003? Have you created a profile for Outlook to use with
mail account information?

Along that line of thought, did you (the OP) ever install a trial
version? If so, did you uninstall the trial version BEFORE you
installed the retail or OEM version?

Anything shown in the Events Viewer for errors regarding Outlook when
you try to start it?

Tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook yet?
