Outlook fails to print, no errors, no queue...

Outlook fails to print, no errors, no messages and no print
dialogue.

Pressing the print icon does absolutely nothing, then some
days its fine. I saw the problem on two other PC's one of
which I rebuilt one of which complained about the
shdoclc.dll which replacing sorted, however this only
temporarily worked on the other system which has the fault
once more.

Windows 95, Office 97 and Outlook 2000 (Latest VShield
running in background).

Can anyone help?

Its worth mentioning that no other program apart from
Internet Explorer has a problem printing.
