Outlook failure with XP update

I recently upgraded from win 98 se to win xp
professional. However, now the Outlook program from
Office 2000 wont work without the Office 2000 cd's.
However, I have lost the CD's. Can I get replacement CD's
or is there a file download that can help me? I have only
basic computer knowledge.
