Ok, at work we are having a weird problem that no one knows whats causing it.
It is causing our IT help desk to have to perform around 30-40 OfficeXP
repair installs a day. For some strange reason, the Email icon for Outlook
that appears on the desktop changes to a normal folder instead of the outlook
icon, also there is no text for the name of the folder (which is usually a
good indication that a repair is in order). If you open outlook via the
Start menu it opens fine, but when trying to reply or forward an email we
receive an error message saying the feature is not implemented. After a
repair everything works for a few days, until the user uses a new PC. This
is affecting a lot of users who regularly hot desk.
