i have designed a form that generats a new email to our customers in response
to their email inquiry. because i track turnaround the sender is required to
copy and paste the date stamp (received) from the original so I have that
info to generate turnaround based on the 'original revceived' and 'sent'
feilds of the emasil generated by the employee. The info is there but how do
I get the difference (in hour and minute) to automatically appear in the
'turnaround' field i have created? Al;so if it is helpful I would like to
somehow take advantsage of the sharepoint server just introed to us if this
would make the solution to my prob easier or better. anything would help atr
