outlook" File as"

I have outlook 2002 and I am using windows 2000

Is there a way to change a whole contact list at one time to-
file as "company then contact name"
I do not know why but my contact list keeps reverting to " file as: First
then last name " and I need it to file by company first. I have manually
changed each one to file as: company then name several times It would helpIf
there was a way to change them all at one time. I have gone into options and
set it for a company first preference but this does not make any changes.
