Outlook Files

I am rebuilding my PC and I have used another HardDrive
to do so. It is all built but what I want is all of the
info that was in outlook on the other Hard drive. I need
to know what Files I ned to move over in order to have
all of my Outlook info IE....Contacts, Personal Address
Book, and all of my old e-mail.
