Hi All,
The Find function in Outlook is not working for the majority of my Exchange
users over terminal server. We are all on Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 SP2.
Does anyone have any insight on why this might be happening?
They are on Exchange server 2003 using Outlook 2003. No results are returned
with basic or advanced find when searching for emails etc. Full text indexing
is turned on and looks to be working ok. We are thinking of recreating the
index but I'm not sure this is going to help.
We are using server 2003 standard edition for TS. The problem is only when
users remote desktop onto the TS they have problems with finding emails. It
works on a normal local machine - so if we search for the say, the same email
on both a remote desktop session vs locally, the local outlook will find the
email whereas the remote desktop on TS will not find that email.
So there is something wrong with the find function while using Outlook on TS.
Hope you can help solve this issue, because I have a lot of users
complaining about this and it needs solving asap. Let me know if you need any
more info.
Server has also been rebooted and problem still the same
I searched around for the problem but no hope.
