Outlook Folder column issues

I have a user with multiple subfolders under his inbox

for example

-Inbox
-Cabinet
-folderA
-folderB
-folderC

In this scenario, I moved an email from folderA to FolderB.

The email moves fine, but the "IN FOLDER" column in FolderB is still
showing FolderA for that email, this happens in multi folders.

This is an online email box (not pst)

Has anyone seen this?

Outlook 2003 SP2
Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2
Windows 2003 Enterprise SP2

Any help appreciated...
