Outlook folder properties shows 65 msgs but displays none

Question about Outlook 2003.
When selecting a folder to view messages, the read window displays "There
are no items to show in this view".
When moving or copying messages to the same folder it behaves normally and
gives the impression of having taken it.
When using the file properties, it displays a number as having 65 messages.
When using find against the same file it finds two messages that work
correctly. I even forwarded these two messages.
It seems like the structure of the file is corrupt. How can I repair this
file and/or retrieve all my messages?

Try reseting the view on the folder. Right-click the header line, choose
Customize Current View, click Reset Current View.

It weas blurred out and I could not do anything.

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews command line switch. This
will reset all views in all folders. Search for "command line" in Help for
more information.
