Outlook folders permissions settings problem.

Hi,

Are we able to push down permission settings for a folder that has sub
folders for outlook?
Sub folders that are created will inherit the initial permission setting of
the top folder. However after the sub folder has been created, any changes to
the permission settings of the top folder will not be pushed down to the sub
folders. Anyway for us to push the changes down?
