Outlook Font Issues

I have a popmail account setup through outlook 2003 and just recently my font
size is very small and I can not change it no matter what I do. I've checked
all the settings and even changed the default font to 12 but when I send a
message it is very small. Can anyone help?

In what window do you see the small font size?

Once I compose an e-mail, reply or forward the signature and anything I type
is extra small.
