Don't count on it. Outlook isn't a standalone application in that sense like
most of those U3 applications are.
Also, following your logic, it really doesn't make sense to port Outlook 1:1
to those platforms. Different input methods, different screen sizes,
different storage options, different need of interacting with your data, I
can go on and on like this. That is why there are different applications
developed for it with different ways of interacting with and accessing your
data. Think about Outlook for Windows Mobile and via Exchange; OWA, OMA and
the EWS for other applications to access Exchange data.
