Outlook forcing 100% CPU usage

I have the problem when opening outlook 2002 (with office
sp3. My CPU usage goes to 100%. the machine comes to a
halt. However when logging on to the same machine with
different profiles i dont have this problem.
Have tried removing logon scripts etc.
Anyone now what i can do before creating a new profile for
the user.

Craig and anyone reading this, I am also experinceingt
this while running Outlook 2003 on XP SP2...thanks for
any ideas!
