Outlook Form displaying error

I got a Outlook form programmed with Outlook XP and I opened it in my Outlook
2003. The form was displayed as a normal mail and not with the content of the
form. On an other PC with Outlook 2003 the form is displayed correctly.
Which option should I set that it is displyed on my PC correctly as well?

Beginning with Outlook 2003 SP2, users can work with most .oft form templates files only by opening the template from the Tools | Forms | Choose Form dialog, browsing for User Templates in File System. This means that if the .oft file is sent as a message attachment, the user must save it to the local hard drive first.
