Outlook form error when Opening

I have a user who managed to delete the folder that a
custom form was in. Now every user gets an error when
they try to open the form. What can I do to fix this? I
think it has something to do with the cache but I am not
sure.

If the form was published to that folder, it sounds like you'll need to republish the form to the same message class.
