Outlook Form information in Body is missing

This is my first posting to any newsgroup, so please bear with me. In
addition, I have limited experience with Outlook Forms.

Anyway, there is an Outlook Form that had been created many years ago.
The form is sent to about 15 people, all internal e-mail addresses. All
but 2 of the recipients receive the form as it was prepared. The other
2 do not see the text information in the body of the e-mail. However,
if I log onto
another system with their Outlook profile, the text info in the body is
seen. What configuration setting am I overlooking on the problemed
systems?

If it's machine-specific, the problem could be with their forms cache. Try
clearing it: Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom
Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.

I had already tried clearing the cache. That resolved another issue
that the user had been experiencing when he sent that form. But after
clearing the cache he still receives the form (from other senders) with
the missing body information.

The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote earlier
messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on detail that
we no longer know what the question is. Please take the time to quote the
original message.

The 'clear cache' had already been tried and didn't help resolve this
form issue.
