Outlook form vs template

I have a Meeting Request that we will repeatily send out when we hire new
personnel. The request is generated on a vp calendar that has been
delegated to an assistant. The problem I have run into is when I use a
template the meeting request appears to change from the vp to the assistant
and trys to book it on the assistant's calendar. I am not sure if this by
default or if I can change this behavior? So I am wondering if I should use
a custom form to accomplish this and/or will it work? We have O2K3 and Ex
2003. Thanks.

A template *is* a custom form, so it's not clear whether there's a solution to your scenario.
