Outlook Forms 2003 shows form author's autosignature

A few of our older Outlook forms display the person who created the form (not
the person sending the form) autosignature. I was not the creator, but tried
republishing the form with my autosignature turned off & the original
creator's autosignature shows up in the desktop alert & in the email with the
form attached. We don't use shared point. Any ideas how to get rid of the
autosignature?

You'll have to run the form and remove the signature, then republish the form.
