Outlook Forms Newbee

Trying to write my first Outlook Form, having difficulty figuring out why any objects i put on to the screen, end up behind the object called message on the screen, no matter what i send to front or to the back nothing shows. if i move the object called message, it shows but then acts weird when sent.
