Outlook forms under XP SP1

(Windows XP, Outlook 2003)

A user of my custom Outlook form has a problem with opening forms. Sometimes
he sees the forms and sometime he sees the message page. He runs Windows XP
SP2 with Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606). I tried on Windows XP SP1 with the
same version of Outlook 2003 and have no problem. I do not have access to a
XP SP2 machine.

I just wonder if you are aware of any problem with outlook form (cache etc)
in Windows XP SP2?

How is the user invoking the form(s)? DOes this happen with every form or just a few? Where are the forms published? What is the user supposed to see? What are they seeing instead?
