I have a user, who is in our desktop group, who has a WindowsXP Pro machine
with Office Pro 2003 installed. He has admin rights to his PC. He has
uninstalled and reinstalled Office several times because in Outlook, under
Tools, his forms option is greyed out. If he customizes his toolbar and puts
the Forms menu on his toolbar and then clicks on it, all options are greyed
out.
Any thoughts as to how to correct this? All other PCs in his group are not
experiencing this issue, only him.
