Outlook Free/Busy (2003/2007)

I can see freebusy infomation for a resource in Outlook 2007, but not in
Outlook 2003. I have ran a outlook /cleanfreebusy on the resource to
republish freebusy data. Nothing seems to help. Any ideas would be
appreciated. Thanks
