Hi,
We are using Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003. All users calendars are shared as
reviewer and Free/Busy is set for 2 months and to be published every 15
minutes.
I have a user who is trying to schedule a meeting for the middle of January
(just over a month away) and for most of the users they are showing as no
information available after the 31st Dec. I have checked the users calendars
and they definitely have information after this date. I have also checked
that their outlook is set to the default of 2 months and to publish every 15
mins.
The items they have in their calendar after the 31st December are not
private and they are set to show as busy.
I as an administrator have also tried to view their calendars through group
scheduling and I get the same problem, they only show until the end of this
month. However some other users are showing ok.
Is there any other reason why these calendars are not showing in group
scheduling ??
Thanks
Graham
