Everything else in Outlook works just fine. Except that
everytime I click on snooze or dismiss on my outlook
meeting/appointment reminder, it would freeze my whole
Outlook program for up to 40 seconds, then it would be
back to normal again. While it freezes, I can't work or do
anything in Outlook. I have to wait until it unfreezes
than I can continue to work with it.
This is Outlook2000 run on Windows 2000 workstation. And
the mailbox is communicating with Exchange 5.5 server.
I have reinstalled Outlook, updated to office SP3, and
downloaded the latest updates for office, and windows.
Nothing helped, I also tried to delete reocurring
appointments. sTill it does not help.
When I set up this same profile on another perfect
computer, I still experience the freezing problem on the
Outlook reminder. Therefore, I believe there is something
corrupted in this profile's calendar, because I know
Outlook I used on another computer has no issue.
Please help me to resolve this problem. I don't know
what's going on with this calendar or reminder problem.
thank you.
