When attempting to open Outlook 2000 on a Windows 98 machine, the computer
freezes up and sometimes gives a "low resources" message. Can open Excel,
Word, PP, and Access and still have plenty of resources (RAM and CPU). First
ran repair but problem persisted. Next uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled
to different directory. Same problem occurs. Can anyone offer a suggestion
as to how to correct this?
