Outlook freezes - ThorConnWndClass shows on shutdown. Solution?

H

Hopeful David

Outlook regularly freezes usually preventing receiving of messages. On close
down, I see the application has stopped in Task Manager, but the OUTLOOK
process is still running. On switching off the machine, it says that
ThorConnWndClass is still running. On starting up again, the system has to
check for corruption in the .pst file since was not shut down properly.
I am using Outlook 2003, with all updates installed (11.8010.8056) SP2.
Part of Microsoft Professional. I use Zone Alarm as my security software -
virus and firewall. I want to stop Outlook from continually falling over and
get rid of this ThorConnWndClass. A search in Explorer did not find it. Can
you help please? Thanks in anticipation
