Outlook Freezes up when clicking on the Calendar

I have a user that when he clicks on Calendar Outlook
freezes and when I go to task manager the CPU is at 100%.
If I go to WebOutlook he can view the Calendar fine. I've
tried settin up his email account on several different
machines but I still get the same result. Any help is
appreciated.
