Problem began last Wednesday. Upon auto error report was instructed to
download and install SP3. Didn't help.
Thursday same thing-auto-error report generated instructions to download
security updates. Did so.
Yesterday noticed I could not open jpg files attached to incoming and
outgoing outlook messages. I can open them from the folder.
Today I followed the instructions located here because I do have an HP
PhotoSmart printer: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165.
When I open task manager now it shows Picturte Package (Sony I think) still
running so I end that task but still cannot attach files. Any other ideas? Am
still having the same issues. The outlook message freezes when I attempt to
insert a file. Oddly enough yesterday it seemed to be OK.
