Outlook Freezes When Forward Button is Pressed

Suddenly today when I try to forward an email my Outlook 2003 under Win XP
just sits there with the hourglass showing and everything freezes up -- I
cannot click on any other button or window and must use Task Manager to
close down the program. I have run the Add/Remove programs "Repair" and
"Reinstall" functions twice but the problem continues. I even restored my
computer to last Saturday's configuration, but nothing has changed. I'm
stumped!
