Outlook freezes when viewing another resources calendar

I have a problem with one of our users Outlook freezing. She has Windows XP
with Office 2003. When she uses her Outlook on a regular basis, it is fine,
but when she tries to view the calendar from another resource it freezes, or
locks up her Outlook. Any ideas?

What resource is she trying to access -this may be key to the solution.

she is trying to access one of our training rooms calendars, the same one
that I can access successfully. The only thing she has different is Webex
Outlook integration, and I dont. Could this be the problem?

That could indeed be the issue since it does integrate with Outlook calendar
and she is trying access a calendar resource. I would remove it completely
and then test Outlook without it to see if that resolved the issue, this
will at least rule it as being the issue. Also check to make sure no other
add-in have been added to Outlook as well.
