Outlook freezes while attaching a file or browsing directories

Outlook 2003 freezes as soon as I start the Windows Explorer to browse or
insterte a file. This happes especially while inserting a file as an
attachment, the window explorer will freeze and not come back for a minute or
so.

Any solution for this problem?

Either connect disconnected network drives or unmap them.
