Outlook freezes

when I start it up it freezes - Can't get inside to make any changes even if
I kneew where to look - also all programs are slow - I iust deleted all XP
and reinstalled - Now outlook won't open and when I try to download office
updates the web page freezes.

Hi Mark,
please open the control panel,
click on Microsoft Office Add/Remove
and run the repair office option!
