Outlook "from" Display

In the inbox, how do I change the display or the "from" field from last
name, first name to First name Last name?

In Outlook go to: Tools / options / Contact options / change your default
filing options here.

well, that changes it for the contact list... but not the display in the
inbox...

Matt Conlon,
You want to change the display of recieved emails? This is dependant on the
person sending the email and how they have their contact list default set...
Your emails are recieved per the defaults by you...
