Outlook GENERATING three copies of each piece of spam?

Anyone know which rule I have accidentally invoked which is doing the same
thing to each piece of spam I receive three times (and correctly depositing
each of those three pieces in my deleted items folder)?

Does anything in Outlook GENERATE spam in this way?
