please help on this

when ever I started my outlook this massage came on

"c:\program files\network associates\virusscan\scanemal.dll" could not be
installed or loaded

This is an add-on related to McAfee VirusScan. Either reinstall
VirusScan, or remove the add-on from Outlook.
