Outlook gives 11 labels with for appointments how can I add more?

Outlook gives 11 labels with colors to mark appointments in the calander.
Is there a way to add several new ones? How can I add more since the ones
that are there I already use. I use Outlook 2003.

You'd need to upgrade to Outlook 2007, which supports 25 colors that you can spread among as many categories as you like.
