Call your e-mail provider to ask why they are rejected your login
(supposedly you are entering the correct login credentials). Outlook
can't do anything about the server rejecting your login *if* it was sent
correctly. You could enable the troubleshooting log in Outlook but that
won't show your password for security reasons but you can see if the
POP3 commands were sent to do the login.
