We have about 12 users that are complaining about Outlook going to Offline
mode without them doing it manually. The problem is that they don't realize
it has happened and don't get email they are expecting. Besides setting
Outlook to Offline mode manually, what else can cause it do it on it's own?
We cannot recreate the problem. When we simulate network issues, it simply
goes to disconnected status and will stay there forever. Any suggestions???
