Outlook going OFFLINE.

I have the annoying problem of Outlook 2003 constantly going offline. I get
the following:

"A connection to the server could not be established.
http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata is now in offline mode.

I have now probelm accessing my mail when I login directly to MSN for my
mail. This leads me to believe that it has more to do with Outlook than the
server not being available. Can someone out there please enligthen me.

Reports are that MSN's mail servers are having some problems lately.

I have had this problem for a couple of months now but it has exacerbated in
the past week. There is nothing special about the Outlook setup that I could
think of that would cause this behavior.
