Outlook-Groupwise

I prefer to work in the Outlook environment...but my company uses Groupwise.
All of my Groupwise appointments, email, etc. show up in Outlook, but when I
try to open them it says it can't open...folder is full. Anyone have any
information on how I can fix this?
