Outlook hanging when i hit reply

Hi,

Ive found that when i hit the reply button in outlook, the program hangs and
i have to end the program via task manager after waiting for ages (also
winword.exe appears in task manager, is this part of the problem?)

I run outlook 2003 with service pack 2
