outlook hangs after update kb913161

shortly after applying the march 14 updates through WSUS, clients randomly
report outlook hanging while receiving messages. The only way out is to kill
outlook and go and delete messages in their inbox on the server. every day I
get 1 or 2 different users with this problem...
How can unsinstall these updates? I tried with WSUS "REMOVE" but I get a
message sating the update cannot be removed...
